Ottawa Frontrunners has become a fixture at Carmello's on Saturday mornings.
Because we all know the menu they usually don't pass them out to us unless
we ask. If you're new to the club and would like to plan your post-run gorge,
here's the menu.
The Carmello's staff goes out of their way to accommodate our large group
in a timely and professional manner. Please consider that and tip generously!
Eggceptional Omelettes: All omelettes are made with three eggs and
served with toast and home fries. For the healthier side: order an egg white
omelette for an extra $1.50.
