Events include road running and track and field (athletics).

Speed workouts
In preparation for the fall races, Andy will be leading speed workouts at the Immaculata High School track every Thursday at 6:30 pm this summer.
Executive monthly meetings
Please note that the Executive meets monthly to discuss club business. The June meeting will be held on Thursday, 11 June, after the speed workout. These meetings are open to all members. If you would like to attend, please send a message to ofr@ottawafrontrunners.org, and we will be sure to send you specifics regarding the meeting date, time, and location.
