In his youth, which was only a few years back, he was a champion on the ice. Now, he has traded his skates for a pair of running shoes and is making his mark with his partner as a half-marathoner (and soon to be a marathoner).

Scheduled Runs

All runs begin at City Hall. Run details.

  • Tuesday, September 7 at 6:30 pm (Canal route)
  • Thursday, September 9 at 6:30 pm—Speed work
  • Saturday, September 11 at 10:00 am (Gatineau route)

On Saturdays, some people meet at 8:00 am to do longer runs for distance training.
