At the start of the run

This is the 4th year that the Club has participated in the Run for the Cure; it was our most successful year to date, raising $1830.00 for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. We could not have done this successful fundraising event without your support. So, a big "Thank you" for your continued support.

Scheduled Runs

All runs begin at City Hall. Run details.

  • Tuesday, August 3 at 6:30 pm (Canal route)
  • Thursday, August 5 at 6:30 pm—Speed work
  • Saturday, August 7 at 9:00 am (Bridges route)

On Saturdays, some people meet at 8:00 am to do longer runs for distance training.
