Terry Godbold
Terry is the Social Coordinator for Ottawa Frontrunners. He did not take up running until the fall of 2005, but now enjoys running 5 km, 10 km, and half-marathon races. He is also known to dabble in a marathon or two.
Besides running, he is also an avid swimmer, swimming regularly with the Rideau Speedeaus, and a hiker, joining the Time-Out Hiking Ottawa group on several hikes throughout the year. Living in the west end of Ottawa, Terry felt that he wanted to connect more with our community, and that Ottawa Frontrunners might be the way to do it. He decided to show up one Saturday morning at City Hall, and has been very glad of that decision ever since!
Terry would like to encourage more people to take that first step and show up to one of our runs, confident that they will receive a warm welcome, as well as have a positive experience.
Terry's enthusiasm is infectious even in the wettest of April mornings!
