Parliament Hill
Canada's Parliament is located in downtown Ottawa, near where we begin our runs. It is modeled to some extent on Westminster Palace, and the Peace Tower is a close reproduction of the Clock Tower there. The Library of Parliament is the only part to have survived a fire in 1916, after which the rest of the buildings as they stand today were built.
